We are making it easier for you to enroll in our programs. Starting January 1, 2024, we are no longer using our current payment registrations software. We’ve updated our enrollment to Procare School Works for all our future registrations and payments.
If you’ve never enrolled in a Boys & Girls Club program just click the button below and follow the instructions.
If You Are A Current or
Previously Enrolled Club Kid(s)
- If you’re previously registered in any programs (meaning if you have kid(s) in programs currently or they were previously enrolled during 2023 or before 2023), you will receive an email on December 1, 2023.
- This email will have a link. We ask that you click the link to register for any 2024 programming. The good news is that you only need to do this once. We are able to capture and securely keep your information on file.
- Once you complete this registration you will automatically be sent an email with additional documents to be completed depending upon your chosen program for your kid(s).
- Once you complete the paperwork you will be contacted by your Clubhouse Director to confirm your registration. These added steps help us simplify your future registrations and help us safely onboard Club Kids. (Enrollment is not complete until the Clubhouse Director has confirmed your registration).
You will be billed your program fee biweekly. (Payments will be withdrawn on the 15th and 30th of every month to the card that you place on file.) This does not include Sports Programming. Sports Programming will be billed in full upon enrollment. During registration, you will be charged a one-time $3 fee to set up automatic billing.
In our new system, you WILL NOT need to register weekly for our programs. Instead, you will register for the program itself and be automatically enrolled in all the program weeks.
If there are multiple weeks you will not be attending, please reach out to Aerin Schlank for assistance at contact@bgcwpa.org She will be able to assist you in updating your calendar to ensure you do not get billed for those weeks.

**Boys & Girls Clubs of Western PA is hosting registration nights at each of our Clubhouses for all of our programming, where staff will be on site to walk families through the new registration system. Please contact your Clubhouse Leadership for dates and times. Due to the holiday season no staff will be available for support between December 22, 2023- January 4, 2024. We strongly encourage all families to register in the new system by December 22. If unable to register by this date, please work with your Clubhouse Leadership the first week of January to register. Families must be registered in Procare by January 11, 2023.

Review the screenshots below for a preview of what to expect in the new registration platform. When you’re ready just click the blue ‘register now’ button to compete your registration.

Click the clubhouse your youth will be attending. Choose your youths age group, then click search.

Find the category/program in which you would like to register your youth. Then click enroll. If the registration form comes up, skip to step 5.

Fill out the registration form. You will not be able to move on until all the required lines are filled out. If no answer please put N/A. When finished press ‘add to cart’.

Under current registration, you can add a sibling(s). On this page you will also create a user ID and password.

Enter payment details for the $3 registration fee as well as a card that will be used for auto pay.
